Yoga, Pilates, Meditation
Yoga Class Price: $20 per student.
1st class special: $34 for 2
Private class: $60 for 1 hour
Fierce and fit over 40 Class
$20 per student.
Mudra Meditation class
$20 per student
Please note: for the Meditation class, it is advised that you bring your favorite meditation stool or pillow as the class is one hour long in a seated position. Also a private yoga class will be prepared for your specific needs prior to your class. Finally, the Pilates class lasts between 60 to 75 minutes, based on the students pace.
